9A – Testing the Hypothesis, Part 2
Who: First time business owners or struggling business who need advise on how to improve their business. After interviewing people who did not think they needed my service they noted that the cost of hiring a coach was one of the reasons they said no. Also reasons they said no to a coach was because they would rather have an employee who would be part of the business as opposed to an advisory role, or felt they just did not need a business coach.
What: As I interview people it seemed they wanted someone who would help manage the day to day operations.
Why: Some of the people I interviewed seemed like they would prefer to hire some one full time who would do the work that the coach would be advising, while others did not think the cost of hiring a coach would benefit them.

| I have found that people are split between thinking having a business coach is unnecessary to some likening the idea a lot. | |||||||||||||
It seems like you are missing your interviews in this assignment which really leaves a lot of question on whether the people you identify are people who do not need this product. I think you did a good job establishing who is inside the boundary and who is not on your own but I really wish you had some interviews with these types of people to confirm what you believe.
