11A – Idea Napkin No. 1
1) My name is Randall Marley I am a student at the University of Florida, my major is Business Administration with a specialization in Event Management. My main aspiration is to travel the world and experience different cultures. I see this business as potentially something I do on the side, I don't plan on being one of the coaches.
2) The service I am offering is business coaching, this will help struggling businesses or first time business owners with little to no experience connect with more knowledgeable and experienced professionals in their field. They will help improve the business in areas such as marketing, strategic planning, logistics, goal setting, and etc.
3) I am offering my service to struggling business owners or first time business owners with no experience ruining a business.
4) Roughly 70-80% of businesses fail, for any number of reasons and any one of these owners can easily feel overwhelmed and not no why there business is failing, my service will allow someone to access their situation and find ways to improve their business.
5) My service would have local experienced business professionals who would know everything about the local area to help you succeed.
I do believe these five element fit together because knowing what my service is and why customers would need it helps convince customers to use this service. I do believe finding good business coaching candidates will be the hardest part of my business. It most likely will make or break it.
