a. Valuable - You want to have more options to be able to find a right fit.
b. Rare - Not many business coaching offer multiple options for coaches.
c. Inimitable - Can be copied by other people.
d. Non-substitutable - can be substituted.
3. Coaches with years of experience
a. Valuable - You want your coaches to have years of experience.
b. Rare - Experienced coaches are rare.
c. Inimitable - hard to copy immediately.
d. Non-substitutable - There is no substitute for experience.
4. Low Cost
a. Valuable - having a low cost business makes it easier to make money and expand
b. Rare - there are not many low cost buisnesses.
c. Inimitable - it can be copied.
d. Non-substitutable - there is no substitute.

a. Valuable - having financial capital to get the business going is very valuable.
b. Rare - it is hard to get money to start a business.

c. Inimitable - it can be copied.

a. Valuable - being able to speak multiple languages is very valuable because it allows you to reach more potential customers.
b. Rare - it's not rare but it is not common
c. Inimitable -anybody can learn a new language.
d. Non-substitutable - it is not substitutable.

a. Valuable - having a network of people is very valuable because it allows you.
b. Rare - it's not rare to build a network of people but it is hard.
c. Inimitable - it can be copied but it will take time.

ReplyDeleteYou did a really good job on this assignment. I had a pretty difficult time with this assignment, but you made it look really easy with a lot of great ideas that I didn't think about when I was doing my assignment. Great work.
